Kate is a Certified Pinc & Steel Cancer Rehab OT and a leader in the early detection and intervention of Breast Cancer Related Lymphoedema (BCRL). Kate helps women diagnosed with breast cancer to improve their quality of life and assist recovery through individualised, evidence-based, exercise rehab and MLS® laser therapy programs. She is the founder of the Bounce Back from Breast Cancer online exercise rehabilitation program, with the aim of reaching as many women as possible who do not normally have access to face-to-face services.
