    • Dr Mata Karagianni

      Physiotherapist MSc PhD and ASA Field Application Specialist

      Dr Mata Karagianni has more than 20 years’ experience in physical therapy specialising in sports medicine and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Her career has led her from working with Olympic athletes and pro-football teams to research studies on the use of high-powered therapeutic laser.
      Her PhD thesis was on the effect of high-powered laser therapy on circulation and arterial pressure of the periarticular tissues in the knee. She has also co-presented a thesis on high intensity laser therapy on thumb tendonitis.
      Living in Greece, her career has taken her around the world to Germany, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Hungary, Kenya and across the Middle East to teach laser practitioners and health delegations in rehabilitation and medical clinics, hospitals, health workshops and conferences.
      She is one of ASAlaser’s clinical experts, teaching the benefits of laser and its clinical application in wholistic rehabilitation medicine.

      Biomedical Engineer and Education Program Manager at ASAlaser

      Giacomo Granozio joined ASA in 2013 as an Area Manager and specialised over time in the Asian region, in both the human and veterinary field. More than ten years later, having gained a wealth of experience directly in the field, Giacomo has now carved out the role of Education Program Manager, while continuing to be a point of reference for the sales department.
