Webinar: How to Use MLS® Laser for Challenging Lower Leg Pain

      Learning Objectives: Learn about the efficacy of MLS® laser therapy for the following cases:

      1. Cerebral palsy on a quadriplegic patient – condition causing severe, medication-resistant muscle contractions and intense pain – joined by Dr Kate Fergusson, clinical psychologist (UQ) and patient.
      2. Sacroiliac radiculopathy – condition resulting in shooting pain around the lateral heel bilaterally or on one side.
      3. Acute ankle sprains – injury on athletic patients who are eager to get back to their activities as soon as possible.
      4. Post-operative foot surgery healing.

    • Dr Yejeong Kim DPM

      Dr Yejeong Kim is the Principal Podiatrist at the Foot and Ankle Experts Health Clinic. She has studied a Bachelor of Science (Neuroscience) at the University of Sydney in 2010. She completed her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at the University of Western Australia in 2015.
      She is the first Australian podiatrist to publish a paper in Foot and Ankle International, an international journal by the American Orthopaedic Surgeons, in 2015 as a first author. Dr Kim has assisted several foot surgeries in South Korea and Australia under the supervision of Orthopaedic Surgeons and Podiatric Surgeons. Her key interests are ingrown toenail surgeries, geriatric patient care and hallux abducto valgus (or bunion) surgeries.
