      Learning Objectives:

Across three one-hour live Zoom sessions delivered by Dr Kent Hungerford, we will walk you step-by-step through reviewing your current practice, from analysing your numbers to refining your clinical approach and developing a plan for 2026.

Whether you already use MLS laser therapy or are considering introducing it, these sessions will show you:

      • How to review your case mix and identify opportunities for growth
      • How many visits were undertaken across key areas of business (and what could be improved)
      • Where additional income could be generated through enhanced recovery and treatment outcomes

Complete the program and workbook to earn 10 hours of CPD in Practice Management – Quality Improvement. This series is for practitioners ready to grow through reflective practice. Workbooks must be completed before each session, and business finances are not required to be submitted.
